TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
These terms and conditions, which are subject to change, apply to all services provided online at https://cococouture.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The person making a booking on the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "User") agrees to the terms and conditions described below.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Through the Site, the Restaurant provides an online database through which visitors to the Site can book tables. When making a reservation through the Site, the User enters into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Restaurant.
1.2. By agreeing to these "Terms and Conditions", the User confirms his rights - legal capacity and financial solvency, and also realizes responsibility for the obligations imposed on him as a result of the booking made by him. The User confirms the accuracy of his personal data, as well as the data of third parties specified in the Booking, and assumes full responsibility for their accuracy, completeness and reliability. The user assumes all possible commercial risks (making a new booking, non-return or partial refund of money, etc.) associated with his guilty actions to make mistakes and / or inaccuracies in providing personal data.
1.3. The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information provided on the Site (including prices and availability of free tables).
1.4. The User agrees to use this Site only for his own Reservation or for third parties for which the User has the right to make Reservations; these third parties must be made aware of the conditions of the Booking that the User makes in their interests, including all the rules and restrictions applicable to the Booking.
2. REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
2.1. To make a Booking, the User must fill out an online booking form on the Website. The User confirms the accuracy of his personal data entered by him while working on the Site, as well as data of third parties for which the User makes a Booking and assumes full responsibility for their accuracy, completeness and reliability.
2.2. The User gets acquainted with all the conditions of the Booking during the Booking process. If the User does not understand any of the conditions of the Booking, including the conditions of refusal, refund, making any changes to the completed Booking, the User must clarify the information he needs by contacting the Restaurant by phone or e-mail indicated on the Site.
2.3. Reservations are guaranteed by debit or credit card details.
2.4. Upon completion of the Booking, the User is sent a Booking Confirmation to the email address.
2.5. By making a reservation at the Restaurant, the User accepts and agrees with the order cancellation procedure, the rules in force in case of no-show and all additional terms and conditions (for the provision of hotel services) of the Restaurant, including the services offered at the Restaurant.
2.6. In case of cancellation or postponement of the reservation no later than 24 (twenty four) hours before the time of arrival, the User receives a confirmation of the cancellation of the Booking to the email address, the funds from the User's bank card are not withheld in this case.
2.7. In case of cancellation or postponement of the reservation later than 24 (twenty four) hours before the time of arrival, the User is charged 25 percent of the cost of the selected tariff (set menu) for each Guest specified in the Booking, by debiting funds from a debit or credit card specified when booking.
2.8. In case of cancellation or postponement of the reservation later than 4 (four) hours before the time of arrival or in case of no-show, 50 percent of the cost of the selected tariff (set menu) will be charged for each Guest specified in the Booking, by debiting funds from the debit or credit the card specified during the Booking.
2.9. The order is considered canceled (canceled) after sending to the User's email address specified during registration on the Site, confirmation that the Booking has been canceled.
2.10. Certain rates and special offers cannot be canceled or changed.
3. RATES AND PAYMENT FOR RESERVATIONS
3.1. The price of the Booking is indicated on the Website in the generated Booking in accordance with the selected set of services. All prices on the Site are inclusive of VAT and other taxes (which are subject to change), unless otherwise stated on the Site or in your booking confirmation email.
3.2. Certain rates or special offers cannot be canceled, canceled or changed. By making a Booking, the User confirms that he is familiar with and agrees with such conditions.
3.3. Payment by bank cards is carried out through АО «АЛЬФА-БАНК».
VISA, MasterCard, MIR cards are accepted for payment.

Bank card details are entered on the secure payment page of АО «АЛЬФА-БАНК».
On the page for entering bank card data, you will need to enter bank card details: card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard, Additional Identification Code for MIR). Cases of refusal to make a payment:

4.1. We guarantee the User the confidentiality of the data provided when making a Booking. The Accommodation receives the User's data only for processing and completing the Booking (including confirmation of the Booking, which will be sent to the User's email address). By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User gives his Consent to the processing of personal data.
To improve the convenience of Users, we collect and process information about the total number of operations, pages viewed by Users, referring / source pages, platform type, date / time of information recording, number and place of page views, number and time of mouse cursor movements, page views and used (search) words, as well as entered texts while visiting and using the Site.
4.2. From time to time, we use the services of third parties to collect and process information (with the exception of personal information of Users), which may be stored on the servers of such persons and may be transferred to other persons or authorized bodies by virtue of the legislation to be applied or in the framework of legal proceedings.
